Capacity Building

Endurance Project Management is intentional about ensuring that projects are sustainable after the work transitions to the individual organizations tasked with managing and the growing work.  At the conclusion of every project, EPM’s goal is to strengthen the skills, instincts, abilities, processes and resources that project staff and organizations need. Although this looks different based on the project and scope of work, here are some examples of how this is accomplished.

What makes EPM unique in this is the overall desire to see positive outcomes not just for the individuals the program is serving but also those who will be implementing the work.
