Noble Impact

Endurance Project Management (EPM) worked with the Founders and CEO of Noble Impact (NI) to create a high school curriculum that would help:

Students think with a public service mindset while gaining the skill set of an entrepreneur.

Connect students with their community through partnerships and mentorship with local businesses and business owners.

At the outset of the project EPM completed a landscape analysis of 24 different programs that included public service and entrepreneurship components and targeted at high school and college students.  The objective of this analysis was to present NI with a summary of existing challenges, best practices, and to identify their programmatic niche.

As the work continued, EPM authored the Arkansas Department of Education course application and drafted the day-to-day framework for the year-long course. In the fall of 2014, EPM, project managed the pilot of the first quarter of curriculum. Student groups were paired with a local nonprofit or business to complete a brand analysis for the organization. Over 24 organizations participated in this project and gave students direct access to their organization and CEO or Executive Director.

In addition to the creation of the high school curriculum, EPM assisted NI with the implementation of the first ever Startup Weekend for high school students and project managed their summer program, the Institute.
